Justin Smith — Operations Manager
Justin oversees the systems, organization, and day-to-day operations that support the Veda Nieves real estate and property-management business. His role focuses on creating efficient workflows, coordinating vendors, managing internal systems, organizing client and property information, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping ensure each part of the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With a strong background in administration, operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement, Justin brings a detail-oriented and systems-focused approach to the team. He works closely with Veda to help streamline client service, property-management operations, investor support, and business growth.
His goal is to make the experience more organized for clients while building the structure needed to support long-term growth across residential real estate, investment properties, and property management.
Rayna — Photographer & Videographer
Rayna serves as the team’s photographer and videographer, helping capture the moments that tell the story behind each property and transaction.
From showings and inspections to property tours, closings, and behind-the-scenes content, Rayna helps create photos and videos for the website, social media, and marketing materials. Her role brings a fresh and creative perspective to the team while helping showcase properties, client experiences, and the day-to-day work that goes into real estate.
As she continues developing her skills in photography, videography, and editing, Rayna plays an important role in helping the Veda Nieves brand create engaging and authentic visual content.
